About Research at YBN University

YBN University is committed to fostering a vibrant culture of research, innovation, and scholarly inquiry across all its schools and departments. Research at YBN is driven by the belief that knowledge creation is as important as knowledge dissemination — and that our students and faculty are best positioned to address the complex challenges facing Jharkhand, India, and the world.

The University’s research ecosystem is anchored by six specialized laboratories, an active Research Cell, industry collaborations, and a growing portfolio of funded projects from agencies including DST, ICMR, DBT, UGC, and AICTE. Our research agenda spans artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical sciences, clinical health, legal studies, paramedical sciences, and education research.

"Our vision is to be a leading research-driven university that generates knowledge with purpose – knowledge that empowers communities, drives innovation, and contributes to the sustainable development of Jharkhand and beyond."

In alignment with NAAC Criterion III, YBN University tracks and reports all research activities annually through its IQAC — ensuring that research output, quality, and impact are continuously measured and improved.
